• 2 cups sweet potatoes (boiled and diced)

• 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
• 2 tablespoons jaggery (grated)
• 1–2 green chilies
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
• Fresh coriander (chopped)
• Rock salt (sendha namak), to taste
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
