📝 Ingredients
• 1 cup Shrego Plain Chana Roasted Chickpeas Without Skin
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• Salt, to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 boiled potato (mashed)
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 green chili (chopped)
• Fresh coriander (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon ghee

1. Make Fresh Sattu
Grind Shrego roasted chana into a fine flour to make fresh sattu.
2. Prepare the Dough
