• 1 cup besan (gram flour)
• 1/2 cup Shrego Dark Roast Peanut Butter (100% peanuts, natural, unsweetened)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup ghee
• 1/2 cup water

1. Prepare the Base
In a pan, roast besan on low flame until aromatic and slightly golden.

2. Make Sugar Syrup
In another pan, heat sugar and water until a light syrup forms.

3. Combine & Cook
Add roasted besan into the syrup and mix continuously to avoid lumps.

4. Add Ghee & Peanut Butter
Gradually add ghee, then fold in Shrego peanut butter. Stir until the mixture thickens.

5. Set the Mixture
Pour into a greased tray and spread evenly.

6. Cool & Cut
Allow it to cool completely, then cut into pieces and serve.
