Ingredients of Thai Peanut Satay Sauce
- Shrego’s – Light Roasted Split Peanuts (Unsalted) – 2 Cups
- Water – 1/3 Cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- Dark Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 2 tsp
- Brown Sugar – 1 to 2 tsp
- Tamarind Paste – ½ tsp
- Coconut Milk – 1/3 Cup
- alt to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend them to a smooth paste; taste and add salt, coconut milk or sugar. Blend for another minute till it gets the form of a sauce and then serve.
